At MosquiSafe, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

The MosquiSafe Guarantee

Every order comes with our satisfaction guarantee. If your MosquiSafe screen door doesn’t fit your needs, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Proof of purchase is required, such as your order confirmation email or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been damaged, modified, or improperly installed by the customer.
• Custom-sized orders.
• Final sale or clearance items, unless otherwise stated.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at hello@mosqui-safe.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

3. Ship your item back following the provided instructions.

4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, please contact us at hello@mosqui-safe.com and we’ll help you find the best option based on availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@mosqui-safe.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos showing the issue

We will send a replacement at no additional cost whenever applicable.
