Free Shipping
All orders placed on mosqui-safe.com qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
No minimum purchase required and no promo code needed.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Time
Standard Shipping, Free
Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.
You can track your package anytime using the tracking link included in the email or through our Track My Order page.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Please allow additional delivery time for these destinations.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@mosqui-safe.com with your order number.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and may send a replacement if necessary.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
MosquiSafe is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
